OUR STANDARDS

How We Create Our Content

Everything we publish is meant to help you understand yourself more clearly and practise safely. This page explains where our content comes from, how we check it, and what we will never do.

WHERE IT COMES FROM

Drawn from the Method's own teaching

Our articles are drawn from the teaching inside the Ubunye Method: the insights and practices that make up its three chapters. The Method itself was conceived from a combined twenty years of experience in conscious spiritual development practices, including meditation, energy work and intuitive development.

When an article describes what a practice feels like, it comes from that direct experience, not from rewriting what others have already published.

HOW WE CHECK IT

Reviewed before it's published

Before anything is published, it is reviewed by the Ubunye Method team to make sure it:

✓

stays true to the Method's teaching

✓

explains any unfamiliar term in plain language

✓

only suggests practices that are simple and safe to try on your own

✓

is clear about what meditation can and cannot do

We review our articles regularly and update them when our understanding or our wording improves.

OUR PROMISE

What we will never do

✕

Present spiritual practice as medical or psychological treatment.

✕

Tell you to stop any treatment or care you need.

✕

Invent testimonials, reviews or results.

✕

Ask you to adopt a religion or belief system.

WHY WE WRITE AS THE UBUNYE METHOD

"The Method is the point, not the people behind it."

We write as the Ubunye Method rather than as individuals. Everything we share is meant to be practised, not taken on anyone’s authority.

YOUR WELLBEING COMES FIRST

Meditation can bring up difficult emotions, and it isn’t right for everyone. Please read our disclaimer before beginning any practice. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
